THE CONDITIONS STATED HERE APPLY TO SALES THROUGH THE WEBSITE JIJIDE.IT OR JIJIDE.COM
Art. 1. SELLER
Jijide S.r.l (henceforth Seller) operates the website Jijide.com. Headquartered in via California 12, 20144 Milan, C.F. 10400020961, e-mail ghepensimi@jijide.com, PEC jijidesrl@legalmail.it
It is possible to purchase products on the website as described and under the general conditions stated here. Individual product indications that differ from the general conditions shall prevail over the general conditions for the individual product.
Art. 2. BUYER
The Buyer is the consumer, company, or professional who orders a product from those available. For shipments to Italy, the website addresses Italians on Italian territory. The applicable jurisdiction is Italian. Any public entity or other parties requiring B2G e-invoicing must make prior contact to issue written authorisation for the online order.
Art. 3. CATALOGUE
The catalogue sorts and describes products made by our selected manufacturers, whose technical specifications we supplement with textual, audio, picture, and video descriptions of our choice.
Each product is sold as described, subject to availability as listed herein. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are in doubt. Readers are encouraged to report material errors or inaccuracies to our contacts to help us enhance our descriptions. If there are multiple sizes, colours, or patterns of the same product and the one you want is not in the catalogue, contact us to discuss including it or purchasing it separately. If a product's availability is limited or insufficient, you can confirm availability with the Seller, who may promptly hold it if it is still available.
Art. 4. ORDERING
Select the proposed shipping and payment methods at check-out, then proceed to the final order confirmation. You must fill in the tax receipt and shipping fields to submit the order successfully. An e-mail is sent with a copy of the order review. Promptly report any inaccuracy. The order is completed upon receipt of payment.
Art. 5. PAYMENTS
Payments may only be made through online options unless otherwise agreed in writing. Credit card payments are processed directly through the NEXI service. We have no access to credit card information.
Art. 6. AVAILABILITY
Some goods may have been sold to others if few appear available. The website is updated; however, we sell simultaneously to many customers. If you want us to hold a product for you or need more than is currently available, you may inquire with our contact.
Art. 7. SHIPPING TIME AND METHODS
The selected items are swiftly delivered to the shipping agent, who will dispatch them at the timeframes mentioned on the site, depending on the shipment method chosen. We transmit the shipping code to follow on the carrier's website for delivery by e-mail. In the event of a withdrawal, only the amount of the standard shipping cost is refunded, not the expedited delivery fee.
The carrier shall make a delivery attempt based on the time and location indicated. If this is not possible, the products may be picked up on the days specified by and from the carrier. You may request a refund for uncollected goods, subtracting any charges exceeding the standard delivery cost.
Art. 8. WITHDRAWAL
The withdrawal described in this article applies only to consumer customers. Within 14 days of receipt, you may withdraw for any reason. The client bears the cost of returning to the Seller. Goods should be returned in the same conditions they were sent. Withdrawal requests can be made via certified mail, registered mail, e-mail or phone. You will be requested to authenticate yourself using your order details.
Assume the product does not arrive at the Seller's premises intact (with package and papers) and/or undamaged; the Buyer forfeits the right to withdraw and may retaliate on the carrier chosen.
Art. 9. REFUND
In case of withdrawal, only standard shipment costs shall be refunded. If it is not feasible to cancel the credit card payment, the refund is issued 14 days after it is received by the Seller, who will check the status of the returned goods and the customer's bank details for crediting by IBAN.
Art. 10. PRICES
Prices are in euros and include VAT. They do not include customs duties if sold outside of Italy.
Art. 11. OFFERS & DISCOUNTS
Offers, discounts, and promotions expire on the specified date, although they can be withdrawn at any moment over the same channel they were advertised. In the lack of a specific expiration date, they are only effective for 24 hours from the time they are published. Those who initiated or completed the order during the offer can only take advantage of it by completing the order with payment no later than 30 days after its submission.
Art. 12. CONTACT & SUPPORT

The parties agree that electronic remote communication (e.g., e-mail, instant messaging, fax, or other) shall fulfil the written form for all legal purposes.
Art. 14. MODIFICATIONS

Art. 16. PRIVACY
The parties agree that personal data will be used with computer tools to carry out the order, including third-party suppliers for accounting, tax, and shipping obligations. Customers may enter contact information after placing an order to receive our promotions and communications about our products of interest to individuals who purchased them until they request that we not send additional communications (soft spam). The owner is the Seller at the registered premises, as indicated on the website and in the online privacy policy.
Art. 17. COOKIES & STATISTICS
Please refer to the privacy and cookie conditions stated on the website.
Art. 18. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Seller assumes no liability for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure if it fails to execute the order within the time stipulated in the contract. The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence, for inefficiencies or malfunctions related to the use of the internet network beyond its control or that of its sub-suppliers. The Seller shall also not be liable for damages, losses and costs incurred by the Buyer due to failure to perform the contract due to causes beyond its control. Seller assumes no liability for any fraudulent and illegal use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, checks and other means of payment when paying for the purchased products if it proves that it has taken all possible precautions according to the best science and experience of the time and according to ordinary diligence.
Art. 19. LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
Under the law, the manufacturer, indicated by the Seller, is liable for damage caused by defective products. If the injured party is aware of the defect in the goods and the danger it poses yet willingly exposes themselves to it, no compensation is due. The injured party must prove the defect, the damage, and the causal connection between the defect and the damage. Property damage, as defined in Article 123 of the Consumer Code, will be compensated only to the extent that it exceeds three hundred and eighty-seven euros (387 euros).
Art. 20. WARRANTIES
The Seller offers a legal warranty to the Buyer for defects existing at the time of delivery. Under penalty of forfeiture, the Buyer must exercise the warrant no later than two months after discovering the defect by registered letter, telegram, or similar, and in any case within twenty-four months of purchase upon presentation of the tax receipt and description of the original defect, as applicable. It is, of course, possible to contact us in advance to obtain assistance and agree on any intervention within the terms of the law.
There is no conformity defect for ordinary wear and tear, non-compliance with the directions on the instructions and labels, or if the customer was aware of the defect or could not ignore it with ordinary diligence at the time of contract conclusion, or if they independently carried out a repair or other work on the product sold. When the nature of the goods sold does not allow it, the use of what has been purchased makes it impossible to replace the goods with a new one. The buyer will have to prove the defect and that it is not due to normal wear. Any return to the seller is the responsibility of the buyer, and vice versa.
Art. 21. ASSISTANCE & COMPLAINTS
Feel free to contact us at the contact information listed on the website. Please refrain from contacting us via send-only e-mail addresses. Thank you.
Art. 22. JURISDICTION
The competent jurisdiction shall be that of the consumer. If the Buyer is not a consumer, the forum of Seller's place of business shall also apply if permitted and at the discretion of the party first resorting to it. When the Buyer is not a consumer, the Seller's place of jurisdiction is also applicable at the discretion of the party acting first.
Art. 23. ARBITRATION
The Seller offers to reach an out-of-court settlement of any disputes by making a financial and reasoned proposal. In the absence of that, the parties agree to settle any dispute emerging from the contract's execution through monocratic arbitration under the applicable laws, with the arbitrator chosen by territory (following the same conditions for the choice of forum). Alternatively, the parties may agree on an arbitrator allowing online procedures. The European Commission offers an online service for out-of-court dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/odr.
